1. How do I book a holiday or day trip?

There are several ways to book a holiday or day trip with us. You can book online on this website - it's simple and convenient. Alternatively, if you'd prefer to speak to someone, you can book by giving us a ring on 01482 222 444 (open Mon - Sat 8am-6pm) or by dropping in to one of our Travel Centres or agents.

2. What sort of hotels do you use for your coach holidays?

All hotels you stay at will be either 3 or 4 star hotels, carefully selected for your enjoyment. All rooms are en-suite, and breakfast is always included. In most cases, an evening meal is also included.

Several of our holidays have no single supplement, however, the number of single rooms available is usually limited. You will be informed of single supplements before you make your booking. Single supplements are only applied by hotels and ferry operators, we do not charge a single supplement ourselves.

3. If I go on one of your holidays will I be charged separately for excursions?

Unlike some of our competitors, almost all excursions are included in the cost of your holiday. Any excursions shown in our brochure are at no extra charge, as is admission to any attractions we visit.

4. I'm going on one of your holidays - where do I meet the coach?

We’ve got lots of coach holiday pick-up points all around the region including Scarborough, Filey, Bridlington, Doncaster, Goole, Elloughton, Driffield, Beverley, Cottingham, Hull and Hessle - details are provided with each trip.

Unique to East Yorkshire Coaches, you can use your booking confirmation to get FREE travel on any East Yorkshire bus to your pick up point!

Holidays of 5 days or longer include door to door pick-ups. Unlike some other tour operators, we do not normally use feeder coaches, so it’s unlikely you’ll have to change coaches anywhere. However, there may be the odd occasion when a taxi or minibus is used. You’ll be informed of this when you receive your tickets.

5. I like sitting near the back of the coach. Can I choose my seat when I book?

Yes, you can choose your favourite seat (as long as it’s available) when you book your holiday, and this seat will be yours for the whole holiday. On occasion, we may have to change the seating plan due to a change of vehicle. If this is the case, you will be contacted in advance of the tour.

6. I want to book a holiday for a large group. Can I have a discount?

Yes, you can! We have special deals available for groups of 12 or more. If you’re a group organiser we can also provide tailor-made packages to suit your group’s needs. Give us a ring to discuss this on 01482 222 444.
